JOHN MORIARTY, CPWA, CHFC
FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
John’s passion for personal service is reflected in e3’s integrated financial network of trusted advisors, who help clients find the right balance of products and strategies to coordinate every piece of their financial picture. He is an investment advisor representative in the State of Missouri and is a designated Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC). He has passed several industry exams and has licenses for Series 6, 7, 22, 24, and 63. In addition, John is an Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction (OSJ) Manager, and a licensed broker for both health and life insurance in several states. John graduated summa cum laude from Saint Louis University with a BSBA in Finance. He is a member of several nationally recognized financial service organizations, including the Financial Planning Association (FPA), National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and the Society of Financial Services Professionals.
JENNIFER WINDORFF
Chief Operating Officer
Jennifer Windorff is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for e3 consultantsGROUP, e3 familyOFFICE and e3 Tax. She joined the e3 team in September 2003 and brings over 24 years of experience in overseeing the wealth management, tax, accounting, bookkeeping and family office operations. Jennifer has developed the systems and infrastructure model for all of e3’s entities. She is also responsible for hiring staff and oversight in all facets of the e3 business model.
Dwight Hunter
Chief Strategy Officer
Dwight has more than 20 years of experience providing tax and corporate advice to business owners and high-net-worth clients, from start-up to sale. He sold his first tax business to H&R Block. Following his stint as a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch, he has made it his mission to assist successful emerging firms by providing a comprehensive and integrated financial management consulting experience.

Chief Technology Officer
Chris Heap is the Director of Information Technology for e3 consultantsGROUP, e3 familyOFFICE and e3 Tax. He brings over 12 years of experience in infrastructure design, maintenance and support to e3. Chris develops and maintains the technical systems and computer infrastructure model for all e3’s entities.
